Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or using any of our services. By making a booking or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Nice Touch Cleaning Services provides professional home and office cleaning in Doha, Qatar. Services are offered through our website and mobile application and are subject to availability.

Service descriptions, durations, and pricing are provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update pricing; any change will be communicated before a booking is confirmed.


2. Bookings & Confirmations

  • All bookings must be made through our website, app, or authorised channels.
  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation notification from us.
  • You must provide accurate address, access, and contact information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect details.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund for any amount paid.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours before: cancel or reschedule at no charge.
  • Less than 24 hours before: a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value may apply.
  • No-show: if our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the full booking amount may be charged.

4. Payment

  • Payment is required at or before the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted methods include cash, card, and any digital payment options shown during checkout.
  • Promotional codes and discounts are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if conditions at the property prevented thorough cleaning (e.g. excessive clutter, hazardous materials, or denial of access).


6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the property (keys, codes, or presence) at the agreed time.
  • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before our team arrives.
  • Inform us of any hazards, pets, or special requirements relevant to the clean.
  • Treat our staff with respect. We reserve the right to withdraw service for abusive behaviour.

7. Liability

We take care to protect your property. In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of the value of the booking.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from items that were not secured by the client.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app — including logos, text, images, and software — is the property of Nice Touch Cleaning Services and may not be reproduced without written permission.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.


10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
